Buyer have to pick up the bikes there.

Shipping:
The machinewill be Sent by ship Port to Port, It will take about 20-35 days. Shipping cost has been included from Ningbo or Shanghai port to buyer's country international port. Buyer can pick up the bike from port.
Notice :Customers are responsible for inspecting their item before accepting the shipment. We strongly suggest opening and inspecting your item for damage before signing for the shipment, Even if the outer package looks OK there could be concealed damaged.
If your item is damaged please contact us as soon as possible so we can file a damage claim with the shipping company for you.
Damage claims must be filed within 30 days of delivery of your purchase if noted on the Bill of Lading. If damage isn't noted on the Bill of Lading but is discovered after your bike was delivered than notify us immediately
So we can file a Concealed Damage claim for you. This claim can be filed up to 10 days after your delivery.
Warranty
We offer a 12 month parts & battery replacement warranty. This warranty covers factory defects and defaults only. We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by any other event.
Our warranty is based on the defective part being sent back at buyers cost and then a replacement will be issued.
